What is wonderful colleagues?
We are a community of people seeking to have it all: being our own boss while also keeping the fun parts of company life.
By having weekly meetups*, we build meaningful relationships, work on our businesses and feel support through our community.
We hope to offer various social events throughout the year on top of the weekly meetups. These would most likely be in the evenings.
We also understand the power of word of mouth. Having wonderful colleagues means genuine referrals to potential clients! Who better than your community to talk about your work?
*Members do not need to come every week, but the more you come, the more you gain from it!
Who we are
As entrepreneurs, we are:
- pro-active. We create our own path and understand we are responsible for our success.
- independent. We handle nearly every part of our business ourselves, if not all of it.
- creative. Problem solving requires a good level of creativity, no matter what you work in.
Why we meet
- to get a brain reset and boost of energy that allows us to tackle our entrepreneur life.
- to get a break from being CEO. We get a few hours a month where all we have to do is show up and enjoy time with wonderful colleagues.
- to develop our secret weapons. We have untapped skills that can only develop when interacting with others.
- to be successful. Our mantra is show up to rise up. It is easy to hide behind a screen and focus on getting clients. What makes a difference is getting known in a neutral setting in order to then be recommended to your ideal clients.
The 3, 2, 1 method
Inspired by improv theater, the 3, 2, 1 method invites participants to shut their brains off and be in the present moment.
- We start every meetup by writing down 3 ideas, solutions or desires.
- We then do 2 improv exercises to give our brains a breath of fresh air and bring us into a state of safety and fun.
- We end with 1 decision that we can ask the group for feedback on.
Happening next month
Weekly meetings at MAF on Wednesday mornings (the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of January).
From 9 am to 11 am, we will be applying the 3, 2, 1 method to get out of our heads and into the present moment. To let go and have fun before sitting down to brainstorm, share, offer feedback and grow.

Hi! Anaïs here. I am a French-American living in Sweden and working mostly online with French-speaking clients. I founded this community to offer entrepreneurs what I have been missing: deep connections that fight the loneliness and seriousness of having your own business. Ideally you would come to as many as you can. The more you come, the more results you will see! However it is possible to only come to some.
Currently (in December 2025) you have the choice between:
- a monthly membership of 300 SEK
- a single-entry ticket of 200 SEK
In January our in-person meetups are every Wednesday from 9 am to 11 am, at MAF.
