Most of us only get interested in our bodies when something goes wrong.
It’s the same when it comes to our period. We happily (or unhappily) ignore it for yers, until one day, out of nowhere, something changes.
Suddenly, our cycle doesn’t make sense. Or makes even less sense than it used to.
We start digging into the topic and realise we don’t know anything about how our bodies work, really.
And that’s where I come in. I teach women how to track their cycles in order to know what’s going on, and how we can help all cycle-related symptoms, and sometimes non-cycle-related symptoms, by knowing how to read our body and interpret its signals.
